The hotel units located at the dark side of road, felt insecure since we going back to hotel pass midnight

1) The only hotel available near MBSA Convention Centre. In fact it is situated only across the road. Very convenient for me to go to the event at the MBSA Convention, I can just walk to the venue.2) Clean hotel, very comfortable bed.3) Polite and helpful front desk staff.

My only issue was some distracting noises from outside the room. My room was situated near the elevator, and I can hear other guests talking and laughing while they are waiting for the lift. No problem with being noisy during the day, but when people being noisy at night was disturbing my sleep. And since I got a ground-floor room, I was disturbed by someone knocking on my window at 1.00 a.m. He knocked on the window like someone giving a morning call, I suspected he got the wrong room (luckily the windows have iron grille). Maybe the hotel can consider to sound-proof the rooms.

I booked a family room with one single bed and one queen bed. Considering the price we paid, we got what we paid for. Everything was just okay for me. Ample parking is available, and the premises are gated for added security. The receptionist is available until 11 pm.

The room space is quite limited, especially for a Muslim to perform a prayer. Additionally, the toilet door does not close as it should; we need to pull it a bit to synchronize and close the door properly

The room is fine and comfy though its a little small for adults of 4 but overall I loved the stay :) I have nothing particular to complain either. Since the room is small it gets SO cold at night hahah

Location is ok.Staff is friendly.Very clean..

The room is quite small.

The pm staff on reception helps alot ...Thats all

Room was very small Saprate building ... not mention on booking.comNot value for money rm 158...

Quiet. Cleanliness.

The room is really small.

I like the view actually, and it's comfortable Also don't forget to mention, it's also clean.

There's only one side table and 3-pin plugs on the left side while the other side doesn't have any of it. So if I want to charge my phone, I have to charge on the other side. And it's hard since even the television's signal is not good also it's not clear. I don't know what the thing am i watching. I hope you can fix the television at least while i can wait my phone charged. I don't mind about the plug and the table.

Location was good. Food areas was quite near.

Toilet floor and walls need to be scrubbed once a while to remove grim and dirt. Toilet sink and faucet need to be clean from grim. There are cocroaches in the room. Hallway smell of cigarette. Odour can enter room once door is open.

okay

1.the main switch are not open 2.when i enter the room the water pump keeping running3.floor is quite dirty . buts its okay

The neat & pleasant exterior was relaxing.

The room was stuffy & tea-making facilities not washed clean. The bathroom was not scrubbed clean and the tap water flow slowly...I didn't take my bath there.

Its affordable and clean.

The room is small.
